5. User Content You are responsible for all content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the User Content or have obtained all necessary permissions. Whenever a user signs up for Tenali, they consent to data collection about their company from publicly available sources. Data retention aligns with service needs and user preferences, with deletion upon request, subject to legal obligations.

6. Customer Logo and Reference Usage By signing up for Tenali, you agree that your company’s domain logo may be published on our website as a customer reference. We will not disclose specific user names but will display the company logo to indicate usage of Tenali. If you prefer to opt out, you may request removal at admin@tenali.ai, and we will process it within a reasonable timeframe of 24 hours.

7. Third-Party Content and Services The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. You assume all risk and responsibility for accessing and using any third-party service.

8. Intellectual Property The Services and all related content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services.

9. Disclaimers THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICES AND DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE.

10. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. User Content may also be removed at our discretion.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation in Dover, Delaware. If unresolved within 60 days, binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association will follow.

14. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services.

15. Amendments We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
